Many of IMS of Smithfield’s early clients were local hotels and restaurants within the central London area but as Robert’s vision grew so did the circle of clients around him. The client list soon included some of the biggest names in the catering industry. One thing Roberto understood was that maintaining the quality of his products and high service levels was particularly important to his blueprint to become the market leader.
