FAQs

How do I place an order?

The quickest and easiest way to place your order is via our online shop. Simply select from our fabulous range of meat and poultry products and add these items to your cart. Once your order is complete, click on checkout and enter your delivery address, contact information and preferred delivery date, proceed to payment, enter billing details and you’re done!

Where do you deliver to and how long will my order take to arrive?

We deliver throughout mainland UK, the earliest arrival times are as follows:
Orders Placed Monday, earliest delivery Wednesday
Orders Placed Tuesday, earliest delivery Thursday
Orders Placed Wednesday, earliest delivery Friday
Orders Placed Thursday, earliest delivery Monday
Orders Placed Friday, earliest delivery Monday
Orders Placed Saturday, earliest delivery Tuesday
Orders Placed Sunday, earliest delivery Tuesday

We also accept advanced orders for up to 60 days if you would like to be super organised for any special occasion.

 

How do you deliver your home delivery orders?

To ensure you are not waiting at home all day we have partnered with DPD courier services for delivery of our “meat to your home” orders. Deliveries will arrive in an insulated box, does not have to be signed for and will keep cool for up to 48 hours unopened. During the ordering process you will be asked to provide delivery instructions for the driver to deliver your order if you are not home to accept it.

 

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order value of £45 per delivery.

 

How much does delivery cost?

We charge £6.95 delivery to all UK mainland households, however all orders over £70 are delivered free of charge.

 

How are your orders packaged?

Your order will be kept safe, chilled and secure within our specially designed delivery boxes. Our Chilltek Insulated boxes with polybox offer a classic solution with 20mm thick, high-density EPS polybox inners provide a lightweight and durable product providing unrivaled temperature performance.

 

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

What payment options do I have?

We accept a variety of payment methods, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Visa Electron.

 

There is a strong smell coming from the meat or poultry when removed from packaging?

Don’t worry! This is quite normal when opening vacuum packed meat and poultry products. By removing the oxygen passage to meat and poultry it helps preserve the food for longer. Once you open the bag you will may encounter a strong odour, this is a natural effect of the oxygen being absorbed by the hemoglobin within the product. Just remove the product from its packaging 45 minutes prior to cooking, stored between 0-5 degrees the smell will disperse accordingly.
