Delivery Direct to your Door with our home delivery service
To ensure we continue to meet the demand for our products and to service our loyal customer base, we have launched a home delivery service from our store in Kings Cross, London. We understand the current challenges with supermarket shortages faced by customers and we want to help.
With the high demand for supermarket products, the government instruction for social distancing, and the need to stay at home to stop the coronavirus spreading, we are doing what we can to support our customer community in London.
Many people are finding it difficult and some almost impossible, to shop online due to the lack of availability of home delivery slots. We hope that by introducing our home delivery service, we can cater for our customers’ needs to supply top quality British meat and poultry.
With our home delivery service, customers can order by email or by phone, and we’ll deliver your meat and poultry products directly to your door . What’s more, orders over £50 will qualify for FREE delivery. Please note this offer is open to London households only (within the M25 radius).
Please rest assured that our delivery drivers are following social distancing measures as required by the UK government.

Established in 1970 by Roberto Raggio, the service at IMS of Smithfield is based on quality, trust, reliability and service. Expansion of the business has led us from our origins at Smithfield market, to a state of the art, high grade facility in Kings Cross, London.

Caring For the NHS and Key Workers
We are so grateful for the amazing bravery and full-on hard work currently shown by the NHS and key workers throughout London and the UK. As a thank you, and as a way of providing additional support, we are prioritising deliveries for these workers. This means that we will endeavour to deliver products within 24-48 hours of order.
This commitment also applies to the elderly, those people who are self-isolating, and also people who are unfortunately suffering with covid-19.
