We hold Halal Red Tractor certification, and over 90% of the halal red meat and poultry we supply is sourced from UK farms.
Our dedicated halal operations team works exclusively with halal red meat and poultry, using designated machinery and separate shift patterns to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. We also carry out internal and external species and DNA testing across all halal product lines, with a customised labelling system that provides full product information and traceability at every stage of the supply chain.
